Native Americans have been involved in the production of maple syrup and maple sugar for thousands of years. Join us as a member of the The Institute for American Indian Studies (IAIS) in Washington\, CT presents a sweet presentation in which they share the stories\, history and traditional methods of making this tasty treat\, which has enriched the lives of people throughout the world. \nThe event will be held in the Carriage House on the Hotchkiss Fyler property at 192 Main Street\, Torrington.
