Education
Torrington Historical Society provides engaging educational experiences for students through classroom visits and field trips to the award-winning Torrington History Museum and the Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum. Each experience is designed to complement classroom instruction and uses our collections to spark curiosity and expand critical thinking skills.
We welcome requests for specialized experiences for all ages including homeschoolers, civic and social groups, senior living communities and scout troops. Please contact Sue Weston, Museum Educator at 860-482- 8260, extension 103.
