Each Torrington neighborhood in the 1930’s and 1940’s had its own distinctive character – from eating places to theaters, schools and churches, ethnic groups and customs to favorite pastimes, haunts and memorable events. Join us on Tuesday June 4th at 6:30 p.m. in the Torrington Historical Society Carriage House for an evening of childhood recollections as our panel takes us back in time as they share their fondest and most memorable neighborhood experiences.
